AudioConvert provides a free online audio format conversion service that operates entirely within your web browser using WebAssembly technology. The service allows users to:

Convert audio files between various formats (MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, OGG, M4A, WEBM, WMA)
Process audio files locally without server uploads
Download converted files directly to their device
Access the service without registration or personal information
Acceptable Use

You agree to use AudioConvert only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

You MAY use the service to:

Convert audio files that you own or have permission to process
Convert audio files for personal, educational, or commercial use (within legal boundaries)
Process multiple files in batches for efficiency
Use all available format conversion options
Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use AudioConvert for any of the following prohibited activities:

Processing copyrighted audio content without proper authorization
Attempting to reverse engineer or extract the WebAssembly code
Using automated scripts or bots to overwhelm the service
Attempting to bypass any security measures or access controls
Using the service to process illegal or harmful content
Redistributing or reselling the conversion service
Using the service in a way that violates any applicable laws
Intellectual Property Rights

The AudioConvert service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of AudioConvert and its licensors.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the audio files you process through our service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

AudioConvert is provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability, reliability, or performance. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Audio Quality

While we strive to provide high-quality audio conversion, we do not guarantee the quality of converted files or their compatibility with all devices and software.

Data Loss

Since all processing happens locally in your browser, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the conversion process.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AudioConvert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
